I forgot my trusty baseball cap for this trip, and I’m honestly feeling super salty about it as I squint hard on this run.
Mornings are my favorite. But mornings on trail are a whole other level of special. Each morning you unzip your door to a new world waking up right there with you, ready for you to explore. That (almost) always made up for the 5am wake up alarms. #pct #pct2017 #thruhiking
This is a reminder from me to me that moving your body tends to help whittle down the hundreds of thoughts racing in your head to a more manageable sum. Take care of yourselves, friends! #running
